Proposed law requires every charter school located in a parish that contains a municipality with a
population of 300,000 or more persons, according to the latest federal decennial census, to adhere
to the student holiday schedule established by the school board of the parish in which the school is
located.
Proposed law shall be known as the "Louisiana Uniform School Holiday Act".
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
