Present law regulates scrap metal recyclers. Provides certain definitions, procedures and
requirements.
Present law further provides that its provisions shall expire on July 31, 2016. Proposed law repeals
this expiration date.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
