ACT 169 (SB 159) 2016 Regular Session Cortez
Prior law authorized the Louisiana Transportation Authority (LTA), upon obtaining approval
from the DOTD, to undertake a state-designated project.
New law authorizes the LTA to undertake a state-designated project for a transportation
improvement designated as a Priority "A" or "B" Megaproject in the 2015 Louisiana
Statewide Transportation Plan.
Effective upon signature of the governor (May 19, 2016).
