DENTISTRY. Provides relative to the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry. (8/1/16)
1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 37:753(A), relative to the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry;
3 to provide relative to the practice of dentistry; to provide certain terms and
4 conditions; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 37:753(A) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง753. Louisiana State Board of Dentistry; appointment of members; term of office;
8 vacancies; nominating meetings; quorum; domicile
9 A. There is created within the Department of Health and Hospitals the
10 Louisiana State Board of Dentistry which that shall carry out the purposes and
11 enforce the provisions of this Chapter, subject to the provisions of R.S. 36:803.
