Present law creates the Multimodal Commerce Advisory Commission and requires the commissioner
of administration, or his designee, to chair the commission.
Proposed law changes the chair of the commission from the commissioner of administration, or his
designee, to the commissioner of multimodal commerce.
Effective July 1, 2016.
