Proposed law allows items of corporeal movable property other than vehicles, money, securities,
evidence of indebtedness, or property used in a trade or business, not otherwise specifically
bequeathed in the testament or codicil, to be bequeathed via a written statement or list referred to in
the decedent's testament or any codicil thereto.
Effective August 1, 2016.
