Present law allows the commissioner of conservation to charge certain fees to the industries under
the jurisdiction of the office of conservation.
Present law provides for a commercial facility reuse material applications fee of $300.
Proposed law reduces the fee from $300 to $100.
Present law provides for an authorization for after-hours disposal of exploration and production
waste fee of $150.
Proposed law repeals present law.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
