SB 267 Engrossed 2016 Regular Session Morrell
Present law provides relative to capital outlay funding.
Proposed law provides that if an entity or organization has received $1,000,000 in capital outlay
funding for a project that collects a general admission charge, such entity or organization shall
designate six days each year where Louisiana residents are exempt from paying the general
admission charge.
Effective January 1, 2017.
