Proposed law relative to the judicial building fund for the Orleans Civil District Court extends the
present law deadline from August 15, 2016, to August 15, 2021, for public bids to be let for
construction and a lease agreement to be executed for a privately constructed facility for use as a
courthouse, therefore maintaining the authority to levy the additional costs and charges authorized
under present law.
Effective August 1, 2016.
