Enacts the "Freestanding Emergency Medical Care Facilities Law".
Proposed law provides relative to the regulation of freestanding emergency medical care facilities;
provides for the licensure of freestanding emergency medical facilities; establishes minimum
standards; provides for a funding formula; and provides for an administrative fee.
Effective August 1, 2016.
