SCR 4 2016 Regular Session Barrow
Continues and provides with respect to the 19-member task force to study and make
recommendations concerning health services delivery and financing in the Baton Rouge
region created by HCR 129 of the 2015 RS. Continues the membership and purposes of the
task force as provided in HCR No. 129. HCR 129 required report to the members of the
Capital Region Legislative Delegation, the House Committee on Health and Welfare, and
the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare no later than 30 days prior to the convening
of the 2016 RS.
Provides that legislative authority for the task force shall continue through December 31,
2017.
