Requests the Senate and House committees on health and welfare to jointly study and hear
testimony on the SR 29 of 2014 work group report on strategies to decrease primary care
utilization in emergency rooms and hospitals across Louisiana. Requests report to the
legislature prior to July 1, 2016.
