Appropriates supplemental funding and provides for means of financing substitutions and other
budgetary adjustments for FY 2016-2017. Provides for net increases (decreases) as follows: State
General Fund (Direct) no change; Interagency Transfers by $8,432,766; Fees & Self-generated
Revenues by $63,904,768, Statutory Dedications by $52,591,579, and Federal Funds by $3,945,903.
Make supplemental changes to Capital Outlay Act increasing Interagency Transfers by $740,000 and
Fees and Self-generated Revenues by $13,250,000 and spending $5,000,000 of interest earnings.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
