Prior law created the La. Quail Unlimited prestige license plate for an additional $26 charge.
Provides that the additional $26 be credited to the quail fund within the Conservation Fund.
Authorizes 5% of the revenue from the sale of the La. Quail Unlimited prestige license plate
to be used to promote further sales of the license plates.
New law changes the name of the license plate from the "La. Quail Unlimited" plate to the
"La. Quail Forever" license plate.
Effective August 1,2017.
(Amends R.S. 47:463.46(Section Heading) and (C)(2) and R.S. 56:10(B)(6)(b)(ii) and (10))
