ACT 144 (HB 193) 2017 Regular Session Jim Morris
Designates the LA 2 bridge which crosses James Bayou in Caddo Parish as the "Hart's Ferry
Bridge".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting this highway designation, provided the department receives local or private
monies to fabricate and install the signs equal to the department's actual costs, not to exceed
$550 per sign.
Effective upon signature of governor June 12, 2017.
