R.S. 15:574.4.2(A)(2)(e) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as 8follows: 9 ยง574.4.2. Present law authorizes the committee on parole to impose certain conditions or requirements on a person who is released on parole including the requirement that the person pay a fee to the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections in an amount not to exceed $63, based upon the offender's ability to pay as determined by the committee on parole. Proposed law increases the maximum amount of the fee from $63 to $100.
