ACT 121 (HB 39) 2017 Regular Session Hill
Designates a portion of La. Hwy. 377 in Dido, in Vernon Parish, as the "Corporal Leonard
Carroll Bond Memorial Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting this highway designation, provided the department receives local or
private monies equal to the department's actual costs of material, fabrication, mounting, and
installation of the signs, not to exceed $550 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2017.
