Abstract: Requires the contractor to provide the contractor's license number, classification, and
evidence of insurance to the contracting party for whom the work is to be performed.
Proposed law requires a contractor to provide his license number, classification, and evidence of
insurance to the contracting party for whom the work is to be performed, and further provides that
failure to comply with proposed law shall subject the contractor to penalties under present law.
