ACT 347 (HB 470) 2017 Regular Session Falconer
Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state property in St. Tammany Parish from the
commissioner of administration and the secretary of the La. Dept. of Health to the Recreation
District No. One of St. Tammany Parish. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to
the state. Requires the state to retain a right of first refusal if the purchaser attempts to resell
the property.
Effective June 22, 2017.
