ACT 350 (HB 495) 2017 Regular Session Jim Morris
Authorizes the transfer or lease of 55 acres, more or less, upon which the Northwest Support
and Services Center is situated within Section 7 in Bossier Parish from the La. Dept. of
Health to the Arc of Acadiana. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the state.
Provides that a condition of the conveyance shall be that the state has the first right of refusal
to purchase the property should the Arc of Acadiana decide to sell it.
Effective upon signature of governor (June 22, 2017).
