HIGHWAYS/EXPRESSWAYS: Designates a portion of Highway 1 in Alexandria as the
"Deputy Marshal Glen Denning DeVanie Memorial Highway"
1 AN ACT
2To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 1 in Alexandria, Louisiana as the "Deputy
3 Marshal Glen Denning DeVanie Memorial Highway"; and to provide for related
4 matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 1 between North MacArthur Drive and
7Airbase Road in Alexandria, Louisiana, in Rapides Parish shall be known and designated as
8the "Deputy Marshal Glen Denning DeVanie Memorial Highway".
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
10hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.
