Abstract:  Prohibits any toxicant for the control or eradication of outlaw quadrupeds without the
approval of both the secretary and the commissioner of agriculture.
Proposed law prohibits permitting or registering for use any toxicant for the control or eradication
of outlaw quadrupeds without the approval of both the secretary and the commissioner of agriculture.
Proposed law requires the secretary and the commissioner to consider, based upon sufficient sound
scientific data provided by the manufacture or by independent sources, the effects of unintended
intoxication of other wild animals and secondary intoxication of predators and scavengers.
