Proposed law designates the portion of I-49 from its intersection with I-220 in Shreveport to its
intersection with La. Hwy. 1 in Shreveport as the T.J. Hawkins, Craig E. Lear, Cooper Road USA
Expressway.
Proposed law makes proposed law contingent upon the completion, by the Dept. of Transportation
and Development, of the section of I-49 identified in proposed law.
