General Fund (Direct) no change; Interagency Transfers by $860,349, Fees and Self-generated
Revenues by $5,863,550, Statutory Dedications by $3,175,804, and Federal Funds by $403,667,030.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
