R.S. 40:2405.8(B) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 7 ยง2405.8. Additional peace officer training requirements 8 * * * 9 B. Homicide Investigator. The council shall create and maintain a current 10 list of those peace officers who have successfully completed the homicide 11 investigator training program for purposes of coordinating homicide investigations 12 occurring in the state.
