Creates the La. Bullying Awareness and Treatment Task Force to develop a comprehensive,
coordinated plan to prevent bullying and address the mental health needs of youths who are
victims of bullying as well as youths who are involved in bullying, and to provide the needed
guidance to carry out the goals the task force recommends.
Requires the task force to annually report its findings and recommendations to the House
Committee on Health and Welfare.
