ACT 374 (SB 1) 2017 Regular Session Thompson
New law provides that the official name of the La. School of Math, Science, and the Arts is
to be the Jimmy D. Long, Sr. La. School for Math, Science, and the Arts.
Authorizes the school to continue to use "Louisiana School of Math, Science, and the Arts"
for all purposes as determined by the school's board.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 23, 2017).
