ACT 42 (SB 15) 2017 Regular Session Hewitt
Repeals prior law which prohibited a commissioner of the St. Tammany Levee, Drainage and
Conservation District, whose term is expired, from continuing to serve or vote
notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 3, 2017).
