Prior law defined "emergency ground ambulance service provider" as a private, for profit,
nonpublic, nonfederal provider. New law amends definition of "emergency ground
ambulance service provider" to include only nonpublic, nonfederal providers.
Effective upon signature of the governor (June 12, 2017).
