Present law provides for a license fee for a first time viatical settlement provider of $1000.00.
Proposed law retains present law and provides an annual renewal fee of $500.00 for viatical
settlement providers.
Present law provides for fees for claims adjuster licenses and registrations.
Proposed law retains present law and provides for a $50.00 fee per license for failure to timely file
and adjuster license renewal.
Effective August 1, 2017.
