GROUP BENEFITS PROGRAM.  Provides for quorum requirements for the Office of
Group Benefits Policy and Planning Board. (8/1/17)
1	AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 42:883(D), relative to the Office of Group Benefits; to provide
3 relative to the quorum for the Group Benefits Policy and Planning Board; and to
4 provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  R.S. 42:883(D) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง883.  Officers, oath, meetings, quorum, minutes, reports, compensation

9	D. Eight Six members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the
10 transaction of business, and the approval of a number equal to a majority of the
11 voting membership of the board shall be necessary for any action taken by the board.
