SR 174 2017 Regular Session Hewitt
Requests the Senate Fiscal Affairs staff to provide to each member of the Senate annually
a report relative to the state monies appropriated for distribution to local governmental
entities during the most recent regular session of the legislature.
Requires that the report the funding source, the receiving entity, the amount of funding
received by each entity, and the total amount of such funding.
Provides that the initial report shall include the required information for the five most recent
fiscal years.
Requires that the report be completed and distributed to the members of the Senate no later
than November first of each year, beginning November 1, 2017.
