SR 175 2017 Regular Session Hewitt
Requests the Senate Fiscal Affairs staff to provide to each member of the Senate annually
a report of all new statutory dedications created during the most recent regular session of the
legislature.
Requires that the report include the identifying number of the legislative act, the revenue
source of the dedicated funds, the entity receiving the dedicated funds, and the anticipated
funding level.
Requires that the report be completed and distributed to the members of the Senate no later
than September first of each year, beginning September 1, 2017.
