Present constitution requires all bills for raising revenue or appropriating money will originate in the
House of Representatives, but the Senate may propose or concur in amendments, as in other bills.
Proposed constitutional amendment removes this requirement.
Specifies submission of the proposed amendment to the voters at the statewide election to be held
on November 6, 2018.
