HCR 6 Original 2018 Third Extraordinary Session Ivey
Directs the speaker of the House of Representatives to reduce warrants for FY 2018-19 for the
House of Representatives by $3,568,774.
Directs the president of the Senate to reduce warrants for FY 2018-19 for the Senate by $2,678,521.
Restorations to the remaining legislative agencies shall not be altered through reduction in order to
modify or lessen the reductions to the House or the Senate appropriations directed by this Resolution.
Requires that the presiding officer of each house notify the state treasurer and the commissioner of
administration of his intent to reduce the amount warranted.
Orders the state treasurer to refuse to honor warrants for the legislature out of the state general fund
(direct) for FY 2018-19 in excess of $56,225,661.
