Abstract: Requires a food service establishment within the state of La. to provide chairs with arms
to patrons in the same proportion such establishment provides high chairs.
Proposed law requires a La. food service establishment, dinner theater, restaurant establishment, and
restaurant defined in present law, doing business in the state of La. and providing goods or services
to the public, to ensure chairs with arms are provided to patrons in the same proportion such
establishment provides high chairs.
