RÉSUMÉ DIGEST ACT 202 (HB 219) 2018 Regular Session Jackson Prior law required the Louisiana Clerks' Remote Access Authority to be made up of district clerks of court that enrolled on or before Sept. 1, 2014, to provide the LCRAA with remote access to indices and electronic images of certain records. New law requires every district clerk of court to become a member of LCRAA by July 1, 2020, and requires the LCRAA to submit a report to the legislature including the following information categorized by parish: all participating members, non-participating members, and information available online. Additionally, new law removes electronic images of certain records from the required items maintained by the LCRAA. Effective August 1, 2018. (Amends R.S. 13:754(C))
