Abstract:  Requires the Responsible Vendor Program to amend the server curriculum to include
training regarding methods of identifying and responding to rape, sexual assault, sexual
harassment, and sex trafficking.
Present law creates the Responsible Vender Program and the curriculum for server and security
personnel training.
Proposed law requires training regarding rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking. 
Additionally, training shall include current information regarding drugs and the method of delivery
as it relates to rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking.  The program
administrators shall develop a curriculum that uses evidence based practices and guidance from a
provider that handles forensic medical examinations.
