Abstract: Increases the amount of an individual sewage fee imposed by the office of public health.
Present law provides that the department shall charge and collect a one-time fee of $100 for each
individual-type sewerage system installed for residential use.
Proposed law increases the fee from $100 to $150.
Proposed law corrects the terms "franchise" and "sale" to "franchisee" and "seller" to fit with the
meaning of present law.
Proposed law makes technical changes and corrects a citation.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
