Abstract: Increases the driver's license fee applicable to Class "D" and "E" driver's licenses and
Class "A", "B", and "C" commercial driver's licenses by one dollar. Allows an applicant to
donate one dollar to the La. Military Family Assistance Fund.
Present law establishes a class "D" driver's license fee of $42.75, except for residents of the city of
New Orleans. Present law further provides for the distribution of the fee.
Proposed law increases the class "D" driver's license fee from $42.75 to $43.75, except for residents
of the city of New Orleans.
Present law establishes a class "D" driver's license fee of $54.00 for residents of the city of New
Orleans. Present law further provides for the distribution of the fee.
Proposed law increases the class "D" driver's license fee from $54.00 to $55.00 for residents of the
city of New Orleans.
Present law establishes a class "E" driver's license fee of $20.25, except for residents of the city of
