Abstract: Provides for vital record disclosure to a representative of an organ procurement
organization.
Proposed law requires that the state registrar provide certain vital record disclosure to a
representative of an organ procurement organization designated for the state of Louisiana by the
United States Department of Health and Human Services, which presents documentation of a
donor's anatomical gift defined in present law (R.S. 17:2351).
