Designates the portion of La. Hwy. 415 from I-10 to La. Hwy. 76 in Port Allen, La. as the "Corporal
Donna LeBlanc Memorial Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate signage
reflecting the highway designation.
