HOUSE BILL NO. 678

HIGHWAYS:  Designates a roadway as the "Francis E. 'Hank' Lauricella Memorial Road"
1	AN ACT
2To provide relative to the naming of a proposed roadway or ramp; to designate a proposed
3 airport flyover road for the Louis Armstrong International Airport as the "Francis E.
4 'Hank' Lauricella Memorial Road"; and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  The proposed airport flyover road or ramp for the Louis Armstrong
7International Airport, shall be hereinafter known and designated as the "Francis E. 'Hank'
8Lauricella Memorial Road".
9 Section 2.  This Act shall only take effect and become operative if and when the
10proposed airport flyover road or ramp for the Louis Armstrong International Airport is
11completed.
12 Section 3.  Upon completion of the proposed airport flyover road, the Department
13of Transportation and Development or its contractors are hereby directed to erect and
14maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.
