HIGHWAYS: Designates a roadway as the "Francis E. 'Hank' Lauricella Memorial
Road".
DIGEST
Designates the proposed airport flyover road for the Louis Armstrong International Airport
as the "Henry A. Smith, Jr. Memorial Road".
Designates LA Highway 3139 (Earhart Expressway) as the "Francis E. 'Hank' Lauricella
Memorial Expressway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting this designation of LA 3139 contingent upon the completion of the
proposed airport flyover road or ramp provided local or private monies are received by
DOTD equal to its actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of
each sign, not to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
