RÉSUMÉ DIGEST ACT 277 (HB 750) 2018 Regular Session Stagni Existing law requires that in order to become licensed by the La. Board of Chiropractic Examiners, an applicant shall hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university approved by an accrediting agency of the U.S. Department of Education. New law retains existing law and provides that the accrediting agency may also include the successor of the U.S. Department of Education or its foreign equivalent. Effective August 1, 2018.
