ACT 340 (HB 802) 2018 Regular Session Hill
Prior law authorized members of the board of commissioners of gravity drainage districts in
Calcasieu Parish to receive compensation for every day a commission member was actually
employed in the service of the district.
Prior law provided that the maximum per diem payment was $100. New law provides that
the maximum is $150.
Effective August 1, 2018.
