Abstract: Increases the limit on annual license renewal fees determined by the State Board of
Embalmers and Funeral Directors.
Present law sets a limit of $80 on the fee for the annual renewal of a funeral director's license or the
annual renewal of a funeral director's and embalmer's license.
Proposed law increases the limit on the fee from $80 to $100.
Present law sets a limit of $700 on the fee for the annual renewal of each license for a funeral
establishment to operate within this state.
Proposed law increases the limit on the fee from $700 to $1,000.
