HCR 99 Original 2018 Regular Session Amedee
Requests the Department of Economic Development to study predatory investments and other unfair
trade practices in Louisiana by companies based in or subsidized by communist countries and submit
a report of the findings to the legislature. Requests the state treasurer to certify that no state funds
have been used to support these companies and submit a report to the legislature. The reports are to
be submitted not later than 60 days prior to the convening of the 2019 R.S.
