Requests the Department of Economic Development to study predatory investments and
other unfair trade practices in Louisiana by companies based in or subsidized by communist
countries and submit a report of the findings to the House of Representatives. Requests the
state treasurer to certify that no state funds have been used to support these companies and
submit a report to the House of Representatives. The reports are to be submitted not later
than 60 days prior to the convening of the 2019 R.S.
