Requires district offices of the Department of Transportation and Development to publish on the internet information regarding projects within the district. (8/1/18) 1 AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 48:94, relative to the Department of Transportation and Development; to 3 provide for transparency of operations in district offices; to provide for publication 4 by each department district of certain information on the department's internet 5 website; and to provide for related matters. 6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 7 Section 1. R.S. 48:94 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 8 ยง94. District office transparency; publication of district work 9 Each department district office shall publish daily on the department's 10 internet website information by parish regarding the daily work schedules and 11 work assignments of district employees related to design, construction, traffic 12 engineering, and maintenance work that is performed by district employees, 13 including but not limited to the following: 14 (1) A description and location of the project or maintenance work 15 performed. 16 (2) The original start date of the construction or maintenance work. 17 (3) The estimated date that the work is to be completed.
